About Us:
In the path of the Mayan rain god lays a land forgotten in time... a mountainous rain forest region fed by powers of nature beyond imagination... a place where a description of a thousand words or a hundred pictures would only cast a ripple on the surface of a jade-green river so pure as to have been made in heaven itself.
Black Rock River Lodge is cradled in green, perched on a hill above the Macal River south of San Ignacio in Black Rock Canyon. A more beautiful and tranquil spot you may never find.
Facilities & Services:
All our cabanas have excellent views of Black Rock Canyon, cliffs, the Macal River, and surrounding jungle and mountains!
Deluxe Cabanas are the largest and most nicely appointed of all the cabanas we offer. With a spacious interior, two queen size beds, a hardwood writing desk, fan, and a large clean bathroom complete with hardwood cabinetry. Deluxe Cabanas are comfortable, romantic, private, and as luxurious as it gets in the jungles of Belize!
Private Bath Cabanas are similar to Deluxe Cabanas in that they have an indoor flush toilet and hot shower.
They have a queen size bed and a double bed. Private Bath Cabanas, like Deluxe Cabanas, are comfortable and private.

Our tours are guided by professional Belizean Tour guides licensed by the Belize Tourist Board and trained by both government and private sector experts. The tours we offer highlight the best of Belize accessible, at times, by 4 X 4 vehicles only!
Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival. In special circumstances Black Rock River Lodge has the right to apply additional requirements as long as they do so before the 10% deposit is paid.

How to find us.
From Belize City take the Western Hiway and drive about 1 hour to Caesar's Place. Caesar's Place is on the right hand side of the Western Hiway at mile 60. Stop there for a map and directions to Black Rock River Lodge.
