About Us:
Casa Turquesa is a new two bedroom, three bath, air conditioned home named for the view of the turquoise waters from every room.

You will find yourself lost in island time - from exploring reefs and ruins to shopping for local treasures or simply relaxing . You can experience all that Belize has to offer from this secluded villa.

Facilities & Services:
The beautifully decorated home comes with a complete kitchen including a refrigerator with ice maker to cool your favorite tropical drinks. You can relax on one of two tiled verandas and enjoy the trade winds and the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the reef.

If you want to listen to your favorite music or watch a movie, your home comes with a stereo/cd/cassette player as well as a tv/vcr. You will also have your own telephone to arrange for a jungle tour, diving or snorkel trip, fishing trip or to arrange for a water taxi to take you shopping. You may also want to just lie on your white sand beach and enjoy the warm Caribbean waters.

If you feel a little more adventurous then you may want to take one of your two personal clear-bottomed kayaks and explore the Barrier Reef that is just 500 yards from your beach, which is abundant with tropical fish. Finally, for your dining pleasure some of the finest restaurants on the island are within walking distance of your private home.

Rates do not include 9% hotel tax
Four day minimum stay

Other amenities include:
• Our managers Rick and Sara will meet you at the airport and provide transportation to your island home. They will also provide transportation to the airport on the day you must leave.
• Should you want to avoid the hassle of grocery shopping they can even make arrangements for you to arrive to a stocked kitchen including your favorite beverages.
• Maid service is provided weekly or more frequently for $30 per day

Activities:

Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival. In special circumstances Casa Turquesa has the right to apply additional requirements as long as they do so before the 10% deposit is paid.

Of Special Note:
Just outside your door is a thatched roof palapa with dueling hammocks and barbecue pit for your exclusive pleasure.
