About Us:

Coral Bay Villas offers you comfortable and affordable accommodations with a spectacular and unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea, the barrier reef, and white sandy beaches.
Facilities & Services:
Our beautiful villas are located a short fifteen minute walk south of town--- close enough to enjoy the sites and sounds of the town, but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle.
Each one bedroom villa is completely furnished and includes:
- AC in bedrooms
- ceiling fans in all rooms
- private verandas overlooking the beach
- fully equipped kitchen and living/ dining area
- cable television
- queen size bed in bedroom and sofa bed in living room

Rates:
Rates for a one bedroom beach front condo: High Season: January 4 - April 15 are US$125.00 per night
Special Low Season Rates: April 16 - December 20 are US$99.00 per night with the seventh night free with a one week reservation.
Peak Season Rates from December 21 through January 3 are US$145.00 per night with a minimum of a one week reservation.
Prices are for a condo with double occupancy and not per person.
Each additional adult is US$10.00 per day with a maximum of 4 adults per condo.
9% hotel tax will be added to your bill.
There is no additional service charge.
Activities:
Assistance with booking a variety of scuba, snorkeling, fishing trips and excursions to the Mayan ruins and wildlife parks
Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival. In special circumstances Coral Bay Villas has the right to apply additional requirements as long as they do so before the 10% deposit is paid.
