About Us:
....yet Central to the village, Diane's Beach House offers visitors panoramic Caribbean views, breath-taking sunrises and easy access to snorkel & dive centers, mini-markets, quaint shops and a selection of out-door restaurants and cafes.
Both upper & lower levels are fully furnished Independent Suites, featuring: ceramic tiled floors, A/C, cable TV, hot & cold bath, full kitchen, living room and porch with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and Reef beyond!

Diane's Beach House is a fully furnished island home, located on the beach, in Caye Caulker - a tropical caribbean island in Belize, Central America.
Our Penthouse Suites sleeps two in a king-sized bed.
Our two bedroom Beach House Suite sleeps six in two queen-sized beds in one bedroom, plus two twin-sized beds in the second bedroom. The two twin-sized beds in may be used to form one king-sized bed.

Activities:
Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival. In special circumstances Diane's Beach House has the right to apply additional requirements as long as they do so before the 10% deposit is paid.
