About Us:
This newly built oceanfront first-floor villa is located 5 miles north of San Pedro town on beautiful Ambergris Caye, Belize. Ambergris Caye is an English-speaking island located 1/4 mile from the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world with an average temperature of 85 degrees.

Take a quiet stroll down the beach, fish or snorkel off your own private pier, take a refreshing dip in your own pool, have a romantic dinner under the stars or sunbathe on your 3rd story patio. Or maybe lie in a hammock on your own private beach.

When you are feeling adventurous, Belize offers world class scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing and jungle tours. Visit an ancient Mayan temple, float on your inner tube through miles of caves, dive the amazing great blue hole or get close and personal with the sting rays and nurse sharks at the marine park.

There is something for everyone in Belize.

Facilities & Services:
The air conditioned private villa sleeps up to six adults and has a fully equipped kitchen, covered veranda, sunset tower, living and dining area and a private pier. El Castillo de Arena is located a short 15 minute boat ride from San Pedro and only a short walk to some of the finest restaurants in Belize.

Bedrooms
Each of the two bedrooms has 2 twin beds that can be set-up into king sized beds on request. Each bedroom has a large closet and ceiling fan. For additional sleeping space, a queen sofa sleeper is found in the living area.

Living and Dining Area
This area provides spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and barrier reef. Air conditioning is provided, but better yet, open the windows and enjoy the tropical breezes! French doors open to a covered veranda with table and chairs. The villa also comes equipped with telephone, Satellite TV, VCR and a stereo CD player.

Kitchen
The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and of course, a blender for those luscious tropical drinks! The breakfast bar provides additional seating.

The Great Outdoors
The 'Sunset Tower' is your third floor patio with a 360 degree view of paradise. The tower is great for sunbathing by day and viewing spectacular sunsets by evening. Rejuvenate your body after soaking up the Caribbean sun in the 4' deep 10'x14' dip pool.

Rates:
$250 US per night plus 9% government tax. 4 night minimum stay required.

Activities:

Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival. In special circumstances El Castillo De Arena has the right to apply additional requirements as long as they do so before the 10% deposit is paid.

Of Special Note:
Across the white sandy beach lies your private pier with swim deck. Perfect for snorkeling, sunbathing or to try your luck at reeling in your fish dinner. The pier is also where tour boats, the Island Ferry and water taxis will pick you up for your days excursions.
