About Us:
Seaview Hotel is the Caribbean vacation spot dreams are made of, located on Caye Caulker, a small sand and mangrove island less than 4 miles long and less than 2 hours flying time away from the United States. The village of Caye Caulker is a quiet former fishing village with typical wooden houses and a definitely casual lifestyle.
All shop, restaurants and bars are located along two uncluttered sandy lanes, the main streets of the island. There are no cars except golf carts, everything is in walking distance.
Seaviw Hotel is owned and managed by Manfred Prost and Oliva Henkel. We speak English, German and Spanish.
Facilities & Services:
Seaviw Hotel is a modern Mediterranean style villa with 4 large tiled rooms on ground level and veranda to the sea. They are set up with double bed, ceiling fans, table , chairs, dresser and private bath with hot water shower.
Also available for small groups and families, is a typical Caribbean beach cottage. Able to accommodate 4 persons, it has private bath with hot water, kitchenette, 2 single and 1 queen bed, ceiling fans table, chairs and refrigerator and two spacious verandas.

Activities:
Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival. In special circumstances Seaview Hotel has the right to apply additional requirements as long as they do so before the 10% deposit is paid.
Of Special Note:
You will enjoy the sound of the sea, go swimming or snorkeling and relax.
The owner-operators have created a small and inexpensive hotel where the visitors always feel like they are still at home... in spite of the VIEWS.
How to find us.
Only 30ft from the sea and five minutes walk from the center of town, this is what you call beach front.
